Minnesota Employs “Right Skills Now” to Train Students in Manufacturing

Community college students in Minnesota join a program to close an apparent job skills gap plaguing the country.

Students take part in the “Right Skills Now” program which aims to get them trained in a manufacturing specialty in only 16 to 18 weeks.

Most students successfully completing such accelerated programs quickly find jobs after graduation.
