CCAT (Connecticut Center for Advanced Technology) has purchased Optomec’s LENS (Laser Engineered Net Shaping system).metal additive manufacturing applications for CCAT’s Laser Applications Lab.
The LENS 850-R System will help the Lab develop hybrid machining techniques to help combine current insular processes with low cost, quality and efficiency.
