Next year anyone in the U. S. can purchase a vehicle with a diesel engine when GM releases the Chevrolet Cruze with a 2.0 liter turbo.
GM’s marketing manager feels that diesel automobiles will replace many four cylinder vehicles with better on gas and overall quality.
GM also expects to release a Duramax 6.6 liter diesel engine that will work with the Chevrolet Silverado truck and van, the GMC Sierra pickup, and the Savannah van.
